UXUI Designer

What you will be doing

• Design beautiful, easy to use interfaces that come with intuitive experiences.
• Actively participate in the design process of the assigned product from researching, designing and delivering. Create wireframe, prototypes or run user research/interview.
• Measure and improve your designs based on research and data.
• Question and define requirements and Job-to-be-Done of the user, not just design by order.
• Work in cross-functional teams closely with developers, product owners, customer-facing team, business development, etc. to ship high-quality well-designed product.

What you have

• 2-3 years+ proven work experience in similar role.
• Accurate UXUI design principles, Concept design can be placed in the design, mood and tone.
• Able to solve complex user flow design problems.
• Able to solve problems, design key-winning features.
• Create a user centered design based on data and customer opinions, user research and limitations/technical opportunities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software and tools (i.e. XD, Zeplin, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent time-management skill.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and developer teams.

Good to have

• BSc in Design or relevant field.
• Have experience working in agile development, preferably Scrum.
• Be fearless
